Shipping Scope

  • We ship within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
  • International shipping is currently unavailable.

Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Bulk Orders: May take 5–7 business days (contact us for custom timelines).

Shipping Methods & Costs

Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking number is emailed once your order ships (trackable via USPS or UPS).
  • Orders over $200 require signature confirmation; carriers will leave a redelivery notice if absent.

Shipping Addresses

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect orders once shipped.
  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are eligible for Standard shipping only.

Delays & Issues

  • We are not liable for delays due to weather, carrier disruptions, or incorrect addresses.
  • Report missing packages within 5 days of the estimated delivery date.

Damaged Packages

  • Inspect deliveries immediately. Report damage within 7 days with photos to service@upet.pro.
  • We will replace damaged items or issue a refund (including shipping costs).

Return Shipping

  • Refer to our Refund Policy for return shipping instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
