- We ship within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
- International shipping is currently unavailable.
- Standard Orders: Processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Bulk Orders: May take 5–7 business days (contact us for custom timelines).
- A tracking number is emailed once your order ships (trackable via USPS or UPS).
- Orders over $200 require signature confirmation; carriers will leave a redelivery notice if absent.
- Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect orders once shipped.
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are eligible for Standard shipping only.
- We are not liable for delays due to weather, carrier disruptions, or incorrect addresses.
- Report missing packages within 5 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Inspect deliveries immediately. Report damage within 7 days with photos to service@upet.pro.
- We will replace damaged items or issue a refund (including shipping costs).
- Refer to our Refund Policy for return shipping instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
