U Pet LLC offers a 30-day refund policy for unused pet products in original condition. Returns must include all tags, packaging, and accessories. Items received more than 30 days after delivery are ineligible.
- Eligible Items: Unused, undamaged products with original labels (e.g., pet car seats, sofas, collars).
- Ineligible Items: Final sale products, customized items (e.g., monogrammed collars), or used/damaged goods due to customer error.
- Email service@upet.pro with your order number and reason for return.
- Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days.

- Include a copy of the RA number and order confirmation in the package.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of inspecting returned items.
- Credits will be applied to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping fees are your responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
- Original Shipping: Non-refundable unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item.
- Report defects or shipping damage within 7 days of delivery with photos to service@upet.pro.
- We will provide a free replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs).
- We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to request an exchange for the same product.
- Gifts without a receipt will receive store credit for the current item value.
- Gifts with a receipt can be refunded to the original purchaser.
